(A) IMPOSITION OF FEE. The Commission may impose on each complainant a fee in an amount determined appropriate by the Commission to defray the costs of investigations under subsection (c). (c). (i) shall not be required pay fee, and investigation shall not move forward, until has been notified and has given consent pay it. (ii) shall be refunded if determines that Internet site dedicated infringing activity is operated or maintained violation (b). (iii) waive for complainants cases where determines that would cause undue financial hardship for individuals with limited resources.
